I received a warning about my parking photo. Why?

With Parking Assistant, we ask riders to submit a picture of how the vehicle is parked at the end of their ride. We do so to ensure that parked vehicles don’t create an obstruction, block access, or pose risks to pedestrians. 

Parking photos help us to guide riders on parking safely and allow us to move wrongly parked vehicles. 

Good parking photos are extremely helpful for us in analysing parking challenges and improving our service. At the end of the day, we want our users to have a hassle-free parking experience and our streets to be safe and tidy.

The email you’ve received intends to provide additional guidance about parking photos, and we’re here to assist you on this important mission. 

Note: repeated violations of parking photo requirements may result in a fee.
