When I try to end my ride it says that I'm in a No Parking Zone. What should I do?

Our vehicles need to always be parked within the operational zone and in an allowed parking area.

If when trying to park you receive a message that you’re in a no-parking zone, use the app to locate the closest allowed parking area and bring the scooter there to end your ride. We recommend always planning your route in advance and locating a parking spot near by your destination before you start your journey. Leaving the vehicle outside the operational zone or in a no-parking zone may lead to a fine.
