If you’re unable to end your ride, please check the following:
- Are you located in an appropriate parking zone? Usually, e-bikes can be parked only in designated parking spots (highlighted in blue on the map). If you’re in a no-parking zone, you need to go to one of the parking spots in order to be able to end the ride.
- Is there a sufficient Internet connection at your location? Oftentimes, it helps to move around a bit to get a better connection and try ending the ride again.
- If you are riding an e-bike in Cambridge, Kettering or Peterborough, have you tried to move the locking lever located at the top of the front wheel shortly after you clicked the “Prepare to lock” button? Once you click the button, you have approximately 10 seconds to move the lever. If it’s not moved within this time, the lever gets locked and you have to click “Prepare to lock again” and repeat your actions.
This action does not apply to e-bikes outside of these cities! - Restart the app and try repeating the steps.
