For e-bikes in Cambridge, Kettering and Peterborough, you will also need to manually lock the bike in order to successfully end your ride. You can find the locking lever of the bike on the front wheel. If the first attempt didn’t work, go back to the app and try again. Always make sure that no spoke is blocking the locker closure.
