The most important things to check if you are having issues ending your ride are:

Check if you are in a no-parking zone. If you’re located in a no-parking zone, use the app to locate the closest allowed parking area and bring the scooter there to end your ride.

Make sure you’re standing right next to the scooter.

Restart the app and try ending the ride again.

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
