Check/do these things if you have connecting issues:

Is the scooter visible on the map?

Does the scooter have at least 20% left of battery?

Have you turned on Bluetooth and 4G?

Do you have the latest version of the app and phone software?

Is there sufficient funds on your payment method?

Do you have any outstanding payments for a previous ride?

Close and restart the app.
