Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us via email at least 10 calendar days before the end of the current month, otherwise, you'll be charged for the following month.

Following the cancellation, we’ll arrange for one of our delivery agents to come and collect the e-scooter, lock, and charger directly from your home.
